This forum acknowledges the crucial role that CFMEU organisers, delegates, and HSRs all play in maintaining a fair and safe working environment for thousands of construction workers in this Country (many being migrant workers), making workers' lives better and safer, and improving our communities as a whole.

We strongly oppose any attempt to undermine the conditions that workers have won through legitimate industrial actions over the years, and we call on the government and media to stop the smear campaign against the CFMEU.

We oppose any attempt to terminate existing EBAs and the sacking of organisers and delegates, and any adverse action taken against HSRs.

Any attack on Union democracy is an attack on the Union movement and the safety of all workers.

We believe in the values of justice and solidarity, and we pledge to fight for a democratic member-run union, against this administration.

We stand in solidarity with the CFMEU and its members.
