 Motion expressing outrage over sacking of Esther van Arend

Attendees of the Defend the Unions – Defend the CFMEU Public Meeting tonight in Coburg (VIC) passed a motion to protest the sacking of CFMEU Organiser Esther van Arend.

Motion

‘This meeting expresses its outrage with the sacking of Esther Van Arend, CFMEU organiser, by the Albanese government appointed Administrator of the CFMEU. We resolve to protest Esther’s sacking on Thursday December 12 at 12.30 outside the Fair Work Commission at 11 Exhibition St.’
